Today all day was a fast day, it was the fast of the Ninth day in the month of Av, known as Tisha B'Av. I have fasted all day, and it was not that easy, however now I'm all good....

Nechama and the Kid's did not fast this year since the kid's don't need to fast and Nechama is after giving birth and she needs the energy.

we had a wonderful Shabbat with lots of nice guest for Friday night, the Cohen's and the Kramer's it was really lovely. great conversations and great company and the best food in town...

The coming week is going to be interesting we will have more progress on the building and we will make sure to kip you updated.

We will most likely go to the Freilachman's Dacha - Summer home at lake Cavanagh. and we will have some family time to enjoy the kid's...
